“When we began talking about our collective vision for HillCrest Village, we knew it would be special. It’s central location makes it ideal for those commuting pretty much any direction in the state, but more importantly once you drive through the main entrance, you quickly realize that this is not a typical new homes community. We’ve paid close attention to all of the details – from the stone wall entry, to the lantern lights and landscaping, we want HillCrest to feel like “home” the moment you drive down the private road. HillCrest is reminiscent of the neighborhoods many of us remember from when we were kids, or when our parents were kids. All of the quaint details will make it feel nostalgic, but the homes we are building are designed for how we live today. Life can be chaotic so we’ve done our best to utilize the living space in an organized efficient manner – right down to drop zones and command centers to keep the household clutter free and organized. Your home should be your sanctuary, your retreat. We’ve designed homes that encourage gatherings with family and friends but also provide personal space when you just want to slip away to your own special place.”
